Fence Row

What the prairie leaves behind still has a story to tell.

Fence Row  is built from Osage orange shavings—curling, twisting remnants of a wood that has been part of prairie life for generations. Rather than sweeping those shavings from the shop floor, we packed them together and cast them in deep black acrylic, preserving every curl, edge, and irregular shape.

The result is an incredibly textured block where flashes of golden Osage seem to tumble through a nearly black background. Every cut exposes another layer. Every contour changes the pattern.

What began as remnants becomes material worth keeping.

Collection: Prairie Remnants

Material: Osage Orange Shavings & Black Acrylic

Character: Highly textured, random-pattern hybrid

No two sides are alike, and there's no way to predict exactly what will appear as this block is shaped.

That's the point.
